Formed in 1963 Claytons has evolved and steadily expanded from 3 small shops into one giant 48,000 sq ft superstore with its own dedicated separate distribution centre, to become one of the most successful family owned retail businesses in Lincoln. A Little About Each Department :

Carpet Department

We are the home of "Lincolnshire's Largest Carpet STOCKS".

In our carpet department we stock over 650 rolls of quality carpet for immediate fitting and offer the largest stocks, selection and choice available in the whole of Lincolnshire. Our manufacturers section includes displays from every leading floor-covering manufacturer ensuring you have the maximum possible choice.

Contract Fitting Service.

We are main contractors for a number of the leading local builders and architects, they take advantage of our full, hassle free, supply and fit service for new homes, including our complete "show home package". As well as fitting out entire estates of hundreds of brand new properties for builders, we regularly carry out work in offices, shops, restaurants, hotels, pubs, nursing homes and ocean going yachts etc.

With some 22 carpet fitters and hard floor installers, we are more than equipped to take the largest of contract jobs in our stride. Please email us your project details, we will be happy to help.

The chances are that if you are buying a new home in Lincolnshire, we could well be supplying the carpets, check with your builder, and if not, specify us to your builder to ensure that you have access to the widest choice available in the county!

Vinyls & Rugs

We also have instore a large display of the latest vinyl floor-coverings, showing hundreds of designs. We buy vinyl in bulk quantities to ensure that you have a massive choice from stock, plus large stocks of quality rugs of every shape and size, from classic to contemporary, if you want it fast, we've got it.

Wood Floors.

We also have a large section of the store dedicated to wood & laminate flooring. We stock leading brands such as Pergo. Our specialist fitters are employed for these types of floor covering to ensure that, all important, quality finish to the installation. By fitting a large number of wood floors every week, over the last 10 years, we have also become experts in this area. If you are planning a wood floor, you can rely on us to give you a quality installation.

Bed Department

We hold large stocks of beds and bedroom furniture, infact we have over 55 beds on display for you to choose from on the first floor and we carry vast stocks in our nearby distribution centre. We sell all types of beds from the latest chocolate brown leather or real oak ladderback bedsteads to quality divan sets from all of the leading brand names. We also show a number of "Electric Adjustable Beds" available in all sizes. We stock divans from £299 right up to £1999 so we are sure to have the right bed for you. Most leading brands such as Sealy, Staples, Myers, Hypnos, Silentnight etc are available for you to choose from.

Sofa & Chair Department

Our Upholstery department offers by far the largest choice of sofas, chairs & recliners available in Lincoln. With well over 100 sofas on display, (and access to hundreds more that we don't display) plus dozens of recliners, sofa beds and chairs, we stock a diverse range of fabric and leather furniture at guaranteed lowest prices.

Our low pricing policy on branded furniture means that we are able to offer top quality brands such as Gplan, La-z-boy (Premier Stockists) and Sherborne, at prices that cannot be beaten.
