For customers with carpets & furniture on order, ALL PRE-ARRANGED DELIVERIES & FITTINGS ARE CANCELLED. Please be assured that we will recommence deliveries & fittings as soon as it is safe to do so.
As a genuine company, we won't insist upon full payment up front on orders over £999, if you'd rather just pay us a depost with your order, that is just fine. Over to you....
25% Deposit Option (On Orders Over £999)
Card Payment Options. When paying by debit or credit card, if the total of the items that you have placed in your shopping basket has an order value of £999 or more, we now give you the option to choose to do either of the following:
Pay for your order in full.
Pay a 25% deposit now.
In selecting the latter, the final balance must be settled before delivery can be arranged. We will require you to call us and pay the balance by card over the telephone, you must use a card which is registered to the delivery address to pass the security software, we will then arrange delivery.
Where the order value is less than £999, full payment will automatically be taken at the point of ordering.
Making a Final Payment. (After A Deposit)
Where a deposit has been paid at the point of ordering, final payment can be made at any time before we arrange delivery. This is with the exception of a few ranges, which are delivered direct to you from our suppliers, with these products, monies may be required up to 14 days before delivery (but we will advise you where this is necessary), so as not to delay shipment.
Final payment must be made with the same card as you used for the deposit.
Where's My Reciept?
In either case when the final payment has been processed, an email will be sent to you confirming payment of your balance.
Please remember, delivery can not be made unless cleared funds have been received by us.
